ACCESS - December 2016
Contractors working on Lochwinnoch Bridge will finish on site on Thursday 22nd of December for the Festive period. Lochwinnoch Bridge will be open to pedestrians only from Friday 23rd December till the Contractors return to site early in the New Year.
The temporary lighting of the pedestrian diversion path through the Public Park has been in place since 28th of October, with the use of two lighting towers. During the period that Lochwinnoch Bridge is open to pedestrians over the Festive holidays, the lighting towers will remain off. The temporary footpath/diversion route will be utilised again once the Contractor returns in the New Year.
Message received from Councillor Chris Gilmour and Jamie McNelis, Structural Engineer at Community Resources, Renfrewshire Council.
