InCube Masterclass: Social Enterprise Small Grants Fund / Just Enterprise Programme

Thursday 19th October 14:00 to 16:00 in the InCube Business Base - 27 High Street, Paisley

Workshop summary - This workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to find out more about Renfrewshire Council's Social Enterprise Small Grants Fund, which provides grants of up to £5,000  to eligible Renfrewshire-based third sector organisations / social enterprises seeking to become more enterprising.   The workshop will also showcase the range of business support available to enterprising Third Sector organisations through the Just Enterprise Programme.  Workshop participants will have an opportunity to discuss project ideas / proposals through surgery style one to ones at the end of the session..

Social Enterprise Small Grants Fund - Renfrewshire Council’s Social Enterprise grant is a funding programme offering small grants to eligible Renfrewshire-based organisations seeking to become more enterprising, or undertake organisational development.  The Fund is open to social economy organisations and social enterprises in Renfrewshire with an annual income of less than £500,000.  Applications can be submitted until March 2018, or until the Fund’s budget has been fully allocated.  Grants of up to £5,000 are available and applications can be submitted at any time.  The Fund will support projects which will:

· Support social economy organisations to become more enterprising..

· Pilot or develop new services which will be revenue generating.

· Create economic impacts – e.g. increased income and/or reduced costs, or provide a quality employment or training opportunity.
